Cobblemon Islands

A Cobblemon (Pokémon in Minecraft) server built around the official Cobblemon Island modpack. Players explore custom islands, catch and battle Pokémon, and progress through raids, expeditions, and dens. The server features full Pokémon models, Mega Evolution, Z-Moves, Terastalization, and a quest-driven adventure across island environments.
